I think the sea criterion years ago on the Beaufort scale for this kind of weather was "smacks remain in harbour" (smacks at sea under much reduced canvas and much increased prayers !!) A good photo Geordie,bravery medal for standin' ootside,ye must have suffered for yer art that day

some one commented aboot the railings in the forgrund but a share wiznae gettin oot the car bad enough we the windae doon felt like the day we stove ane oh the wheelhoose windaes in and had a fish box lashed in front o' it for the last five miles to go
