This was during the sprat season so it was always a busy time.

A fine canny fishing up off the canal Ally,but a horrible place tae get into yon Inverness,especially wi' a guid strong ebb going,and as for trying tae land at the Thornbush pier at dead low water?....I would have tae use some awfae bad words tae describe that performance lol Buckie on the other hand was a doddle the odd times we were in there.
